The 4-star residence: L'Écrin des Orres (Balcon des Airelles) is located at the foot of the ski slopes with swimming pool. Immediate access to small shops, restaurants, ski and mountain bike rentals, free parking. The second station, 1600, is a 15-minute walk and 5-minute drive away. You will have a very nice vacation both in summer and winter and your children will be delighted. The space This apartment is composed of: - living room with sofa bed and TV as well as board games (UNO, cards, 7 families). - open kitchen ( tassimo filter or capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine,refrigerator, waffle and croque monsieur, fondue machine, microwave grill) - bedroom with double bed, closet and TV - cushions and duvets provided - bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer -Independent Wc - Entrance hall with closet Terrace with table and 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs - clothes drying rack and pegs - ski box You will have direct access to the residence's heated indoor pool by elevator. (see opening hours). Other things to note Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay. The end of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price, it is 50 euros to be paid to the concierge if you wish. You can use the equipment (broom, vacuum cleaner). BE CAREFUL if the cleaning is not carried out at the end of the stay, part of the deposit may be withheld by the concierge. - For your comfort, the concierge can offer you the supply of linens: 15 eur double sheet, 10 eur single sheet with bed made on arrival towel kit 9 eur - The concierge is responsible for handing over the keys and the condition of the premises.
