Area The property is located in the Municipality of Santana, more precisely in the parish of Arco de São Jorge. Near the property there is a restaurant "O Arco", some trails and the famous "Quinta das Rosas", where you can get to know several varieties of roses from all over the world, in a pleasant and cared space. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to the centre of Santana. In the same municipality, there are parks, hiking trails and the famous Pico Ruivo, the highest peak of the island.
