Guest access Guests have private access to the entire villa and the resort style yard as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, a washer/dryer, and access streaming apps on the Smart TVs in each room. Other things to note **Please note**: **Please note**: Please be aware that a $3000 party fee will apply for unauthorized gatherings or events. Pool heating: The daily fee for using a heater for the heated pool is $40/day, please notify us before your arrival and we will turn on the heater before you arrive so the pool will be warm for you. We charge extra for pool heating because it cost a lot of electricity and some people choose not to use it. PET-FRIENDLY HOME Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax in the backyard. We have an additional fee for the pets. To maintain the quality of the pool, we have our pool guy scheduled for pool maintenance on FRIDAYS mornings, though these days are still subject to weather conditions. Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties (unless confirmed with hosts). Smoking is allowed outside ONLY Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. You can self-check-in any time after 3pm with a code. Early check-in and late checkout maybe available for a fee.
