Welcome to my home in Montagne in the heart of the small village of PLA. If you like fireside evenings and lovely walks, this house is waiting for you! This idyllic setting will satisfy hiking, mushroom, skiing and family walks enthusiasts. Come and discover the beautiful Cathar region located 1 hour from Perpignan and the sea, 20 minutes from the Angles and 2 hours from Toulouse. The space The house contains 5 opulent and authentic bedrooms. You will enjoy the reading area as well as the beautiful outdoor veranda that will make you enjoy great sunshine throughout the day. Finally, your children will be able to have fun in the large private garden and enjoy the hammock in the summer. The rental of the house does not include sheets and towels. It will therefore be necessary to provide them or request them from me for a supplement: €20/room to be paid on-site on the day of arrival. No pets are allowed. Many books and board games are available for your children. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the house with the exception of the attic and the garage for security reasons. The house has a garage driveway where you can park. Your children will be able to play in the private garden and pick the pears and quilts or just rest in the hammock. You will also enjoy the south-facing veranda where you will enjoy breakfast in full sun or lunch there. Other things to note The house is intended for 10 guests (children included) maximum.
