The property features a custom fully equipped kitchen with a large island for food preparation. There is seating for 4 in the dinette and 6 people in the separate dining room. The two Queen Rooms (yellow and blue rooms) are tastefully decorated with access to a 4 pc shared bath. Another 2 pc. bath is also available. Both bedrooms offer a work station with desk, chair, Smart TV, and free wifi. Soft comfortable bathrobes are provided for all guests. The Executive King Suite has a king sized bed with tempur-pedic mattress. Spacious walk in closet, and luxury ensuite with 2 man soaker tub, twin sinks and separate shower. The gardens, ponds and waterfall offer a private and tranquil area to dine, relax or meditate. Freely walk around the gardens and ponds or take a stroll in Stamm's Woodlot located immediately next to the property. This is your home away from home! Owner lives in separate apartment on lower level and enjoy their own side garden when guests are in residence. Guest access CHECK IN: 3 - 8 p.m. I will greet you at the house and give you a tour. If I am unable to meet you, I will text you the codes. Please advise host ahead of time of your expected arrival time. Then text host 1/2 hr. prior to arrival, so host can meet you at the house. No parties of any kind. No candles Property not suitable for children under 5 yr. old unless full house rental Minimum age of Primary Guest required as per rental agreement for multiple rooms or full house rental. Only rented to non smokers for "Entire" House rentals Only registered guests allowed on the premises, otherwise, fine is due and payable as per rental agreement and reservation cancelled with no refund. No pets - otherwise, fine is due and payable as per rental agreement and reservation cancelled with no refund. No Smoking in or on the property, otherwise, fine is due and payable as per rental agreement and reservation cancelled with no refund. Guests must complete rental agreement and security deposit prior to final confirmation of reservation. Rental agreement must be signed, received and approved within 48 hr. of reservation confirmation. Guest must have working cell phone. Refundable Security Deposit "HOLD" required of $250.00 Canadian. Security deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. You can have a 12:30 p.m. checkout, if we authorize it for $75.00 extra, instead of the regular 11:00 a.m. check out. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day. Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee.
