Beautiful, light-filled duplex apartment in the Lüneburg Heath! The Rundlingsdorf, with its idyllic half-timbered houses, is a must-visit for all nature friends!! Families with children, animals are very welcome! You can start the day at breakfast in the morning on the terrace and then explore the beautiful surroundings, visit one of the numerous amusement parks, rent a carriage, ride, and drive to the nearby Elbe... The space A cozy apartment awaits you, where you have all your peace and quiet. Downstairs is a double bed and upstairs are four single beds and a sofa bed for two people. 8 people can sleep in the apartment that goes over two floors. The kitchen, living room and one of the two TVs are downstairs. On each floor there is a bathroom, a TV with DVD/Blue-Ray player and two lockable wardrobes. We will provide towels, sheets, and shower gel! Guest access The large terrace invites you to linger....While enjoying a glass of wine, you can look at a large flower meadow bordering a grove. There you can walk and relax. For wheelchair users, access to the apartment is ideal, as you can enter the apartment at ground level both from the terrace and from the front door. Other things to note Pets and Wi-Fi are included! In the bright duplex apartment there is enough space for eight guests. There are six beds and a sofa bed. So if you don't want to sleep on a sofa bed for two, please do not book for eight guests. It's a duplex apartment with an open space. The rooms are connected by an open space staircase. This means that there is no door, so closed separation between the premises. Important 🚨 , so there are no separate bedrooms. In the upper area there are four single beds, a sofa bed and a TV with blue ray player and a selection of movies (also for children). The two upper cabinets offer plenty of storage space for clothes and shoes, etc. There are plenty of hangers to hang almost all of the clothes. In the lower part of the apartment you will find in the living room a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs, a radio, a few boxes to listen to music, board games, a printer and an iron with iron board. Wifi is of course included! :) Since the apartment has a large terrace, there is a table and seating for outside, as well as sunbeds and cuddly blankets, under the beautiful wooden staircase that leads to the upper floor.
