Completed in 2008, you'll find its details stylish and contemporary, as well as timeless in quality--solid granite counter tops, stainless appliances, cast iron claw foot bath tub, marble steam room, real flagstone and VG Fir fireplace. This house is beautiful enough to look like a work of art, yet comfortable enough to feel like a home. This is a fully legal and permitted vacation rental: Short Term Rental Permit USE2022-0057. BEDROOMS: Master 1: 1 king bed, private bath w/jetted tub and walk-in shower, huge walk-in closet. Master 2: 1 king bed AND 1 futon , attached bath with huge marble steam room & body sprays (six shower heads!), walk-in closet. Bedroom 3: 1 King bed, shared bathroom with bedroom # 4, claw-foot tub, separate walk-in shower, walk-in closet. Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed, closet, shared bathroom with bedroom # 3. Additional sleeping areas: Sunroom: 1 fold-out sofa bed. Air mattresses: We offer two queen size quality air mattresses that can fit in the living room or bedrooms. Hundreds of channels of premium Hi-def digital cable including all of the major movie channels (HBO, Showtime, etc), on demand, and high-speed internet, (wi-fi for your laptop and/or devices). IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO HOST A RAGING PARTY, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Social gatherings with friends and loved ones are very welcomed here, just not out of control loud drunken parties. Guest access Private unit, all yours! The vacation rental home has an attached second unit that has a separate entrance, separate kitchen and bath, and no shared spaces (including backyard) with the main house that you are renting. Sound resistant extra insulated walls separate the units. It is often vacant. It's quite possible you'll never notice if anyone is there or not there. There are no windows that can see from the 2nd unit into the backyard, hot tub, or any part of the house. In consideration of neighbors' peace and quiet, we ask that exceptionally loud music and activities be reduced to reasonable levels by 10:00 p.m. p.m. This other unit may be rented to another individual not associated in anyway with the vacation rental. Please respect their privacy as they will respect yours. Other things to note Bellingham is affectionately known as "The City of Subdued Excitement." It has more Parks per capita than any other city in the U.S. It has more drive-through espresso stands than any other city in the U.S. It has (or will soon) have more breweries than any other city in the U.S. We love our trails and parks. You'll see us out there with a smile any time of year. Artisan coffee is standard here. Our local coffee shops are phenomenal. From about 11am to the wee hours, you'll find our craft beer breweries packed full of connoisseurs of fine taste, families, and friends. We play hard and relax hard ;) Welcome!
