Buffalo Bayou Montrose - Sunny 3Br King Beds!

Charming 3 Br apartment with lots of space and light located on the second floor of a 1920 duplex. Very quite and nice area close to the Buffalo Bayou and at walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants. All needed amenities. Max capacity for sleeping for seven people at any given night. The space The house has: - 1 Master bedroom with a king bed; - 2nd king bed - 3rd room with a Queen bed - 1 large bathroom - 1 spacious kitchen, - 1 living room with television, - large outdoor patio (shared with another apartment) - washer and dryer in the apartment. Pets are allowed in the apartment (we love pets as well) anyway we recommend for them to use the sleeping blankets for pets that you will find in its own box in the closet. A pet fee will be applied. Children's crib is subject to availability and need to be checked in advance, (Crib fee is 15$ per stay). The driveway is monitored by a security video camera. Guest access The guest can have access to all the apartment including the outdoor patio. Other things to note The terrace in the front is not suitable for young children because of the lack of proper railing. Adult supervison is highly recommended. Cars can be parked on the gravel area in front of the building (please leave enough space to park another car). If there are more than one car, the other can be parked on the street which is unrestricted. Registration Details STR-2025-000395
