There is an Air Conditioning in every room and the floor is in parquet. Each room is equipped with a double bed with orthopedic memory foam mattress, a table with chairs and a large closet. Thanks to the curtains, it is possible to adjust the intensity of natural light inside the house, while the windows often guarantee proper isolation from the noise. In the apartment there are 2 bathrooms, both with shower and all amenities, including hairdryer. You can use the kitchen to prepare your breakfast. Please use it only for breakfast and for small food preparation. There is also a washing machine. Towels, bed linen, essential and some food in the kitchen are provided upon your arrival. Guest access .HOW TO CHECK IN: Before arriving in Rome, you will receive a detailed video showing you the apartment and all you need to know about your reservation! We implemented SELF CHECK-IN technology, we will provide you with codes to digit on keypads near the building entrance and the apartment door in order to open and get in. We can even arrange a pick you up service at the airport with professional drivers on black car at the same fares of the taxis. Just ask :) VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT CHECK-IN TIME: Is not possible to enter in the apartment before 10:00 because other guests are still sleeping. Between 10:00 and 14:00 you can enter the apartment. Please let the luggage in the entrance and come back after 14:00. You can just quickly use the bathroom if you need. After 14:00 the apartment is clean and you can enter whenever you prefer.
