You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES * Must be 25 or older to rent this property. * No pets allowed. * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. * Oversized vehicles and trailers not permitted to park. Offsite paid parking lots available for these vehicles and extra vehicles – please message us for more details. * No smoking allowed inside the condo. * Please do not throw items off the balconies.
