We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.. *The Space* Fully furnished, Beckwith Guest House provides you all the amenities and luxuries you experience in your own home. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, basic cookware, utensils, and dining ware. A full-sized washer and dryer are available in the hall along with some laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed and quality linens. All televisions are Smart TVs, already hooked up to the WiFi for your convenience. Fresh towels are made available for each occupant, in addition, to make up removing wipes, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The fenced backyard meets the carport where one vehicle can park in a covered area, while another two vehicles will fit in the driveway. *Other Things to Note* NO Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies. Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Reach shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment via Skibo Road in 10 minutes! *The Neighborhood* Our home is in a quiet, but well-established neighborhood in Spring Lake. Our neighbors are largely retirees and quiet between 9 Pm and 6 Am is expected. *Interaction with Guests* "This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 Pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
