It is also available as a rustic barn wedding venue. The space The house has 5 BR w/2 1/2 bath with an updated kitchen, granite counter tops and lots of farmhouse charm. Features large comfortable family room with metal ceiling, pellet stove, newly renovated elegant dining room with exposed original beams and original refinished hardwood floors throughout first floor. 1st floor bedroom & renovated bath with a separate laundry room. Big enclosed front porch with beautiful sunset views. Awesome views with many apple trees on the property. Guest access The house is located near the ATV & snowmobile trail. I was able to get an exclusive rental agreement through a local shop. They will deliver and pickup ATV/snowmobiles from the house for guests who are interested in having a great time on the trails. ATV's will be available in the spring of 2019. Any questions, please notify me through Airbnb. The Meduxnekeag river is within short walking distance from the house for excellent trout fishing. Mars Hill ski facility is a short drive away. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed on the enclosed porch or outside. No large parties in the house or on the property.
