Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. A brand new water filtration system was added in 2020; however, it does not apply to the outdoor water supply. The hot tub is serviced and cleaned weekly, but due to natural minerals in the well water, it can appear discolored. Rest assured that it is safe for soaking! There is an exterior security camera. Firewood is not provided as part of the rental. We recommend picking up a bundle of firewood at one of our local Ingles grocery stores. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions can become extreme. From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles. Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! Other things to note For dog-friendly houses, approval of the pet by Greybeard Rentals must be obtained. Those cottages allowing dogs are limited to one or two housebroken domestic animals, depending on the home. A $100.00 per dog, non-refundable fee is charged on all reservations including a pet.
