"River Daze" is a Beautiful Brick House overlooking the Coosawattee River. This house features 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths with river views from the Kitchen, Dining Room and Living room. The Huge Screened in Deck is over looking the Coosawattee River with "Lots of Seating" - Rockers, Porch Swing, Benches, a Table and Chairs.  There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and other appliances. A wooden dining table seats 8 guest. The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV, a gas burning fireplace, couch, over size chair and 2 recliners. There is a river view from the living room. The Master Bedroom is on the main floor. It features a King Size Bed, a Full Size Day Bed with trundle and a wall mounted 36" Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom is upstairs with a King Size Bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The third bedroom is also upstairs with 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full bed, and a 30 inch Flat Screen (Movies ONLY) DVD player. However, they can call us if they need us. Resort Fee (required): The Coosawattee River Resort requires a $40.00 Resort fee for your entire party. This allows access to the river thru the 5 parks located , Pavilion Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, Fishing Pond (No License required), Fenced in Dog Park. Adventure Day Pass: As our guests, you are eligible to purchase an Adventure Day Pass from Coosawattee River Resort at the cost of $5 per person, per day. The Adventure Day Pass will allow you and/or your guests to enjoy the following amenities: The Rec Center with an Olympic indoor heated pool (year-round), 2 outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day thru Labor Day), a gym, arcade, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf. You may purchase the Adventure Day Pass from Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals and we have the passes in your cabin upon your arrival. You may also purchase the Adventure Day Pass directly from Coosawattee River Resort. You can contact Coosawattee River Resort at the phone number on their website. Amenities are located within a short drive from the cabin. (**We are not responsible for non-use or amenity closures due to weather, maintenance, etc.**) NO Refunds! Vehicle Necessary Dog Fee is $50.00 per dog, per stay (25-lb and under)  Two Dogs Maximum We supply the following starter supplies: * 1 roll of paper towels (Bring extra) * Toilet paper (1 roll for each bathroom, bring extra) * Dish detergent * Dishwasher detergent for 2 cycles * 4 garbage bags (Bring extra) * Liquid Hand Soap (1 in each bathroom) * Botanical soap and Botanical shampoo. (1 in each bathroom) **Guests making a reservation must be at least 25 years old. By submitting their reservation they are confirming that they are 25 years or older. No large groups under 25 years old. Maximum of 6 guests who are under 25 years old in any cabin unless pre-approved at time of booking.** * No Check-In allowed on Easter Sunday, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year`s Day. Check-In and Check-Out Time: Guest acknowledges and understands that check-in time is not earlier than 4:00 PM, and check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM on the dates agreed upon. Guest agrees that an unapproved late check-out or early check-in will be assessed an amount equal to one-half of the nightly rental fee. Housekeeping needs the time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to prepare for your arrival. Reservations: A prepayment of $250.00 of the rental fee, by valid credit card, will secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. The same credit card will be used unless advised otherwise. Directions and (Gate pass for Coosawattee Only) will be sent via e-mail 1 week before you check in. If it is within the 21 day window, you will need to pay the total amount due. Cancelation Policy: To cancel your reservation you must call and send us a request. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned and cancelations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancelation, the following will apply: •Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancelation fee of $100.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.) •Reservations canceled 22 to 29 days of arrival, a $250.00 cancelation fee. •For reservations canceled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
