If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, then you are in luck!!! Breathtaking views of LAKE MARTIN from this gorgeous 1.2 acre gently rolling shaded lot with 192+/waterfront feet near Parker Creek Marina and the popular eatery , The Landing. The most adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with its outdoor spaces including a FABULOUS screened in porch (with a twin sized swing to enjoy napping or lounging) overlooking the most beautiful lake in Alabama! The space The most adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with its outdoor spaces including a FABULOUS screened in porch (with a twin sized swing to enjoy napping or lounging) overlooking the most beautiful lake in Alabama! --Remodeled and features a full kitchen with tiled countertops, tumbled marble backsplash, GE stainless appliances and hardwood flooring in the upstairs living area. The kitchen/den opens onto the large screened in porch. This is a gorgeous lot with lots of mature trees that provide some shade on hot days. There is a wonderful firepit area to spend lots of family time at night. Our flat property is great for kids to play , as we have children of our own that love spending countless hours outside. There is an outdoor shower if you want to rinse off quickly before eating. Large updated private dock with floating dock as well with plenty of room to tie up boats. Enjoy dining inside, on the screen porch, or on the dock as well if you want to get closer to the water to get some star gazing in! Feel like dining out or picking up food? No problem! You’re less than one minute by boat (or 1/2 mi by car) to the Landing Restaurant(open in the summer, you can walk to the Landing as well) and around 10 minutes by boat to Spring House, Catherine’s Market, and Kowaliga Restaurant (depending on the season. Don't forget to ask the host about the secret rope swings scattered around the lake. Go visit the famous Chimney Rock area or Goat Island. Golf is also available at Stillwaters and the fishing is phenomenal! We highly recommend striped bass fishing if you like pulling up monsters! Keep in mind, the lake is dropped during the Winter season.) This really is the perfect house to enjoy fishing, floating, tubing, skiing/wake boarding, cocktail cruising, or just plain relaxing! Guest access Entire house and all of the property. No access to the two storage sheds but enjoy all the property. Other things to note 4 maximum adults allowed and 8 total guests allowed. Guest to sign will need to sign rental agreement. guests and primary renter will be responsible for any damage to property/or belongings. BE CAREFUL ON STAIRCASE as its a smaller staircase that leads to the large kids room. The lake is dropped during the Winter season and cannot be accessed by boat from our house during this time. If you are looking to fish , ask owner about boat access and where to keep trailer. Ask host about fishing guides as well. Night time striped bass fishing is very exciting and you pull up huge fish. In the winter, everyone needs to be careful as there is a drop off the edge of sea wall and dock since the Lake is dropped. There currently are blue lights on the edges of the dock that come on at night as they are solar. They outline the edge of the dock so be careful at night as there is no huge light on the dock at night.
