Cherokee's Room Washburn Farm Stay

This is a private room in a house where the owner is present. The room has a memory foam queen bed, refrigerator, coffee bar and internet tv. The hallway bathroom is a tub and shower combo shared by the guests only. There is also a coffee bar in the main kitchen and microwave for guests use. Fast fiber optic internet. Easy access to highway 37 for a trip. Circle drive for big trailers and parking. Horse stalls or round pen are available for an extra fee. The space The house is new to the property. This is one of the two private rooms that I rent out. The rooms are not child proof and do not have room for a portable crib. I do telecommute from home during the day. We have a mule, barn cats, chickens, rooster and a house dog. The dog does stay with me in the house. So if you are not an animal person this probably will not be a place for you. All the animals are friendly and make the usual animal noses. You may accompany me when I do chores of an evening. I am surrounded by 2 different herds of the neighbors cattle. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view anytime. We also have fiber optic internet. Yes, this is a farm in a rural town but we have easy access to highway 37 for your traveling plans. There are two conservation areas Flag Springs and Huckleberry Ridge for hiking or equine trail riding. Pea Ridge National Battlefield is 19 miles with a nice driving tour. Roaring River State Park is 11 miles wonderful trout fishing. Eureka Springs and Rogers Arkansas are both 27 miles, experience the pig trail on a hog. Table Rock Lake, Beaver Lake, White River and the Little Sugar River. Guest access Guests will have use of the hallway full bathroom and may share with other guests. They may use the microwave in the kitchen. There is a coffee bar in the kitchen with assorted coffee and tea. There is a table and chairs on the front porch to enjoy the sunset. The kitchen table can be used for computer work. The router is located across the room with fiberoptic internet. Guests are not allowed are the host private rooms, garage, laundry and kitchen privileges for afternoon and evening meals. Chores are usually done of a evening if you want to meet the animals. During your stay I do telecommute from home eight hours a day in my office. I answer messages within an hour if possible. Alot of the weekends and evening during nice weather I will be out trailriding. I usually make it back to the house about dark. I give guests their space. They are welcome to hang out on the front porch and socialize. Other things to note This is a rural area with cows, horses and chickens. Don't be surprised if someone parks an old tractor/equipment or trailer off in the front yard by the round pen. You never know what might happen around the farm. This is a rural setting and there are farm animal sounds at night.
