Lake Lanier Home Away From Home

Come visit Lake Lanier and stay in an attached guest suite fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, laundry room & private entrance. This guest suite is suitable for 2 people but please always reach out to ask about 3 or 4 guests. We will accept or deny based on the conditions. Please ask any questions you may have before booking! We have a strict no refund policy and need guests to be sure they will be staying. The space This guest suite has a beautiful, cozy living room with a tv, sound system, smart tv & a DVD player. The guest suite has WiFi so you can connect to the internet. (Not ideal for gaming.) There is a full-size kitchen with most everything you need for cooking. Gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and a sink. It’s also stocked with silverware, utensils, knives, cutting boards, baking pans, glasses, dinnerware, mixing bowls & a Kuerig coffee maker. There is 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, two night stands, a dresser, two lamps and a large closet for hanging clothes. A bathroom that has a shower/tub sink, and a blow dryer. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. (Not shared.) You can order groceries before your arrival and they will be gathered and put inside the guest suite cupboards and refrigerator before you arrive. ($20 fee) Target delivery or Instacart are both available in our area. Note: There is a 71 degree limit for AC in fall and winter months and 73 degree limit for heat. There is a $100 fee to change the limit up or down by 3 degrees for your stay. We are less then a mile walk to views of Lake Lanier. We live in a peaceful, quiet part of town and you are more than welcome to use the space outside the apartment for relaxing. Guest access The guest suite & grass area and patio in front of guest suite. Other things to note At checkout--> Please put everything back to where it was when you checked in. This includes doing dishes and putting them away. Please also remove all trash from guest suite at check-out. Thank you~
