The Iron Willow cabin is just 3-4 blocks from the bike trails and Main Street. Main floor is an open floor plan with: fully-stocked kitchen, LR, 2 BR, 1 BA. Basement has: LR, 1 BR, 1 non-standard BR (no egress window), 1 BA and laundry closet. Enjoy 5 TVs, fast WIFI, a front yard deck with gas grill, picnic table, fire pit, games, fridge with ice & water, secure storage shed, off-street parking, self-check-in. Amenities galore - we want the Iron Willow to feel like your "home away from home"! The space The Iron Willow is an old lake cabin that we moved to this city lot about 30 years ago! There are 2 front entrances: the main entry porch and the deck entry which opens to the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (one is non-standard, no egress window) so we do recommend a max of 8 adults. The bedrooms are small but sufficient! All bedrooms and bathrooms have lockable doors. There is plenty of off-street parking for your vehicles and trailers and a lockable storage shed for bikes. Also key-less entry locks, "Alexa", and smart lights for your fun and convenience! When you're not out enjoying the Cuyuna Lakes Area, you can gather around the kitchen island, watch TV in almost any room, listen to music on the Echo Dot, access WIFI, use the desktop computer, play games, read a book, grill out or have a campfire. Whatever your passion, you'll find that Crosby offers it or is near it - golfing, mini-golfing, biking, skating, boating, fishing, swimming, hunting, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV-ing, antiquing, bar-hopping and a wonderful assortment of breweries and restaurants! Guest access The entire home will be yours during your stay. There are 2 non-accessible closets (our "storage/supply" closets), one in the bathroom and one in the basement. The shed has toys and outdoor items but plenty of room for bikes and a keyed padlock is provided. Other things to note ~ Please note that there is no dining table, we have a kitchen island with 6 stools. There are 2 extra stools in MBR closet and there are also TV trays available. ~ We offer WiFi and Amazon Prime Video, no cable but you can use your own streaming services. ~ The home has 2 window A/C units to keep the main level comfortable, plenty of fans and the basement is always cooler in the summer. ~ There is a washer and dryer available, plus some laundry supplies. ~ We love pets but we do not allow them at this time so as to accommodate other guests who may have allergies etc. ~ Please be sure to read the House Rules, Cancellation Policy, etc. By booking a stay, you are agreeing to these rules.
