The living has that "at home" feel with the comfy sofa and loveseat - perfect gathering with the family to watch a movie, or relaxing with a book for some quiet time. Upon completion of housekeeping services and inspection, your rental will be released to you SOMETIME between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. A TEXT will be made to your cell phone number on file to inform you that you can proceed to the pick-up location to get your packet with keys, parking passes, pool bands, and all information necessary for your vacation stay. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR RENTAL WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 4:00 PM. There is never a promise of early check-in; guaranteed check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After you have checked in and arrived at your rental, if you should discover that your unit has not been cleaned or has damages, please report it to our office right away. All efforts to resolve the problem will be made immediately. Please do not wait until check-out to inform us of any problems that may have existed. Our staff has the right to enter a property for repairs and inspections (if necessary) when a service call is made. If a renter refuses entry after a service call is made, the renter may be held responsible for service call fees. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 am. There are no exceptions.
