Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from the building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a sky-bridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, you will reach a concierge desk run by the building's HOA. This is where you can purchase your parking pass for $35.00 plus taxes each (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on the property. Water Access: Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
