Across the street from Oneida Lake, but with beautiful views and a right of way to the lake. The cottage includes a king bed downstairs and 2 queen beds in the loft (all with linens), flat screen TVs, kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, a small size washer and dryer, a game room with fooseball table, free WiFi, some board games, a porch with rocking chairs. Outside there is a gas grill, a gas fire pit and picnic table. No pets. Guest access Oneida Lake. The house is approximately 20 minutes from the Syracuse Airport, 3 miles away from the new Point Place Casino. We have plenty of space for parking multiple cars and boats. Especially loved by bass fisherman because of the available parking and the state boat launch about 1 mile down Rt 31.
