It is time to enjoy your vacation in the comforts that will surround you! ** HOA Restrictions - No Motorcycles, No Trailers, No Golf Carts. Minimum age 25 The space Each bedroom has its own full bath, 2 bedrooms have a King bed, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 Queens in each room. It will sleep 12 in the comfy beds. Flat screens in all bedrooms, Kitchen is stocked with all you need to make amazing meals, all that is needed is you to make the memories & fun! Guest access It is quite spacious at 2500 sq ft., 3 balconies overlooking the Intracoastal waterway adding an additional 300 sq ft for you to enjoy. Unit has its own wifi. We have a keyless entry system for your protection & safety. The Shuttle service is free, operates from May-Sept and will take you to the Barefoot Cabana area at the beach. The Shuttle will stop at Yacht Club Villas & take you directly to the beach. That is a nice convenience, no searching for parking. The Yacht Club Villas are secured by a gated parking area as well. It can only be accessed with your code provided prior to check in. Our beautiful pool is steps away & is one of the largest in SC. The hot tub is located at the pool also. The restaurant, located at the pool/marina area is very convenient & they also have some great food too. Other things to note We provide a linen service included in the price. It includes all beds made upon arrival as well as kitchen & bath towels for all guests. KEYLESS ENTRY SCHLAGE LOCK WILL BE PROGRAMMED WITH YOUR OWN PERSONAL CODE. .. IN THE SUMMER RENTALS ARE WEEKLY ONLY Guests are allowed early check in if unit is cleaned & ready for a nominal fee. Also late checkout is available when possible for a nominal fee. We can get the cleaning crew to start at our condo 1st or last depending on the situation & when they are compensated for the service. We can discuss this if the need arises and take it on a case by case situation.
