Superb accommodation for up to 12 guests, our villa in Watersong Resort offers every possible amenity in a luxury gated development and all within easy reach of world class local attractions. Watersong is like an oasis of calm surrounded by lakes, woodland and wildlife. The space The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable throughout your stay whatever the temperature outside. The whole villa has been decorated and furnished throughout by a leading interior designer to an extremely high standard and quality for your total enjoyment and pleasure. LOUNGE Upon entering our villa which is named Florida Delight you will arrive at the first of two sitting areas found in the downstairs level of the villa. It is a large, welcoming lounge area, beautifully laid out with two three- seater sofas and an armchair, coffee table and lamps and a wall mounted TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. In addition there is a table and four chairs, ideal for when some of your guests want to play a game of cards or one of the various board games available in the villa for some traditional family fun. A bar area just off the lounge is convenient for fixing snacks, pouring drinks and having everything nicely to hand. There is also downstairs toilet. FAMILY LIVING ROOM From the lounge situated at the front of the villa you will wander through into the wonderfully spacious open kitchen, dining and family living area. Large patio doors give the Family Living Room direct access and views onto the pool area and also bring in a lot of natural light. The Family Living room overlooks the outside pool area and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a film on the large 65 inch 4K TV which has superb picture quality and is fantastic for sports fans or watching a good film on Amazon Prime or Netflix. Just sink into the large, luxurious sectional seating area and chill out with family and friends. We have provided two different telephone lines for your convenience. The black phones are for free local calls within the US. There is also a red phone located in the Family Living area which is for free calls to many countries. DINING AREAS The dining table comfortably seats up to 12 people and is a real show piece. It has great views overlooking the pool area, but being indoors where the air-conditioning ensures a cool, comfortable temperature, it is the perfect place to dine when you want a change from eating al fresco. Situated next to the kitchen it makes preparing and serving meals easy and very convenient. For a casual bite to eat or a coffee there are four bar stools at the breakfast bar to sit, chat and enjoy a leisurely snack. There is a large outside dining table with seating for eight people in the pool decking area enabling you to take advantage of enjoying your meals outside The additional privacy screening that we have had installed means you can enjoy the best of outside living in private. KITCHEN With the luxury of space, ample work surfaces, quality appliances and equipment the kitchen offers everything you need to make home cooking and entertainment a pleasure. Your own state of the art kitchen for when you want to have a change and “eat in”. This kitchen is superbly equipped with every modern convenience, including an American style fridge/freezer and ice machine, a smaller fridge for additional beer or wine space, a large modern oven, two microwave ovens, dishwasher, toaster, blender and electric kettle as well as all the crockery, cutlery and cookware you could possibly need. There is also a complete second set of stylish, quality plastic crockery and glasses (a necessity for your safety) to use in the pool area. UTILITY AREA A washing machine, separate tumble drier, iron and ironing board are located on the vast landing area upstairs. GAMES ROOM A large games room complete with pool table, air hockey, electronic darts and table football, a wall mounted 40“ Samsung HD TV and Bluetooth sound bar. With two raised bar stools and table there is a welcome spot for sitting and enjoying a drink while watching all the fun. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The six bedroom accommodation comprises two king suites, two queen suites, one twin-bedded and one bunk bed room. The king and queen suites each have adjoining bathrooms. The twin bedroom and bunk bedroom share a bathroom although access is through their own separate doors. The king and queen bedrooms have integral ceiling fans/lights. There is also air conditioning throughout the entire villa. All bedding is provided and the beds are beautifully made up with clean, high quality and stylish linen before you arrive. Each bedroom has its own 32” TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Spectrum TV app which allows access to all US networks and local Florida channels. Each bathroom is equipped with its own hairdryer, so that everyone can get ready quickly in the mornings to help you make the most of your valuable time. Every bathroom has a shower, all of which have been upgraded to quality units with doors. There are also two baths in the villa, found in the two master bathrooms, a must for families with children still too young for a shower. MASTER BEDROOM #1 Located at the rear of the villa this bedroom benefits from wonderful views over the woodland area behind the property. Completed with a king size bed, two night stands and two lamps, TV, DVD player and cordless telephone for free local calls. A stunning walk-in closet provides a vast amount of storage. The ensuite bathroom has two wash basins, a bath, a separate shower, toilet and hairdyer. MASTER BEDROOM #3 Located at the front of the villa with king size double bed. The bedroom is beautifully completed with two night stands and lamps and a TV. A large wardrobe provides plenty of storage space. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity unit, bath, shower cubicle, separate toilet and hairdryer. QUEEN BEDROOMS #3 AND #4 Each of the queen bedrooms are furnished with beautiful white furniture. With queen sized beds, two night stands and lamps, TV and large wardrobes. The queen bedrooms each have an ensuite shower, toilet, vanity unit and hair dryer . TWIN BEDDED ROOM #5 Decorated with the same fresh, white furniture as the queen bedrooms. With a TV, night stand and lamp. An ensuite bathroom with shower,toilet,vanity unit and hairdryer, which are shared with bedroom 6 (Jack and Jill bathroom) but each room has its own private access to the bathroom. BUNK BEDS BEDROOM #6 Contains bunk beds (the lower bunk being a double bed which enables greater sleeping options), night stand, lamp and TV. This bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet and hairdryer, which it shares with bedroom 5 but each room has its own private access to the bathroom. LOFT AREA As well as the spacious family living room and lounge downstairs, there is also the welcome addition of a large open loft area upstairs. The loft was created as a special place to relax or have fun playing on the PS4 Blu-Ray games console with a range of games. This is attached to a TV with sound bar. A leather sofa provides the perfect spot for you to settle down for some serious gaming, enjoying a film or just relaxing for a quiet moment with a good book. Guest access You will have access to the WHOLE Villa. Rental is for the WHOLE villa and not per room. You will also have access to the Clubhouse which has a large community pool and spa. There are quite a large number of sun loungers and table and chairs around the community pool if you want a change of scene from your own private villa pool. The clubhouse has table tennis, pool tables and a small gym. Next to the clubhouse there is a climbing frame for young children. Other things to note FREE loan of a sat nav, posted to your UK home address prior to departure (deposit required - 7 day minimum stay) saving you the $150 fee that car rental companies charge for sat nav hire. FREE use of Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, English Premier League football TV channels. FREE local /international phone calls to many countries including UK mobile phones (fair usage policy per week). Use of PS4 with games and a range of traditional board and card games. FREE use of pool safety fence. FREE use of resort facilities The villa has been furnished throughout by a leading interior designer to an exceptionally high standard and is professionally cleaned on departure of guests. All beds are fully made up with quality linens before your arrival and towels are provided for both the indoors and the pool area/beach. Outside: Attractively landscaped with palm trees and shrubs to the front. The back overlooks trees and water. The 30’ x 15’ oversized pool (max depth 5’) with jacuzzi (spa) have inbuilt lighting for the evenings. Pool fencing available for child safety. The pool decking has been extended to make most of the sunshine. There is a range of high quality pool furniture consisting of 4 loungers with drinks tables, dining table and chairs for up to 8 people, a stylish and comfortable rattan U shaped 12 seater sofa with an additional foot stool. The sofa encircles a large coffee table, perfect for group chats over a drink. The pool decking is covered by a lanai with additional privacy screening (6’ high) for your maximum enjoyment. Utility Room: On the first floor neatly enclosed you will find a separate washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Another large cupboard contains a wealth of towels for both the pool area/beach and shower use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Cleaning service: All towels and linens are included along with large number of pool towels. The property will be cleaned before and after each visit.
