Feel at home while on vacation in this beautiful historic home located on the 600th block of Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls, NY within walking distance (0.5 miles) to Niagara Falls State Park, the Seneca Niagara Casino, Old Falls Street Entertainment District, many restaurants and all tourist attractions. You will be in the center of everything! This multiple occupancy home is perfect for extended or multiple families, featuring 2 full apartments, one on each floor. The space 3 bedroom and 1 bath lower and upper units in an up and down duplex. 2 of the bedrooms on each floor have a queen bed in each of them and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds in it. There is a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo on one floor and a shower on the other. All bedding linens and towels are provided. Each floor has a spacious living room, a full size dining room with seating for 6 which leads to a full size kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven and a microwave. All kitchen wear is also provided. Washer and Dryer is in the basement. Guest access Each floor/apartment has its own separate/secure entrance entering into a 1200sq foot apartment featuring a spacious living room, a dining room with seating for at least 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and one bath. The house has a 1st floor front porch and a 2nd floor balcony. There is a large backyard that is available for use. Washer and dryer is located in the basement. Other things to note We also offer accommodations for up to 30 guests with all our vacation homes within a two-minute walk of each other. There is parking for up to 5 cars in driveway and in the back. City of Niagara Falls does not allow overnight parking on our street, you will be ticketed at least $25 if your car is parked on the street between the hours of 3am - 6 am. On the day of your arrival make sure contact the owner on directions where to park if all your cars do not fit in the driveway. We do allow pets however there is an extra $150 pet cleaning fee as we have to shampoo the carpets and furniture. We reserve the right to request proper identification of every guest staying at the property prior to arrival.
