Shawano WI Wolf River home with lake access

This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. I'll send youtube link upon request. House is 3 miles south of Menominee casino and 3 miles north of downtown. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available. The space New appliances in kitchen make for an excellent culinary experience. All needed pots and pans are available as well as needed serving dishes. Wood burning fireplace adds to your winter ambiance but please bring your own burning logs, (I recommend you stop and pick up wood bundle(s) from local sellers or gas stations. Wood burning fireplace is for ambiance and does not generate additional inside warmth Guest access Shovel on porch if needed and have a plowing service to clear driveway during snow storms after a winter storm storm ends. Black trash barrel and recycle barrel on side of garage for your use. Washer and Dryer are available in utility room available for guest use. The two car garage is NOT available for guest access. The distant "carriage house" is storage and NOT available for guest access. Other things to note Ice-maker available and working, filtered water is also there, bring your own bottled water if you desire, but I love the taste of well water. Shower pressure is great! Towels and toiletries available upstairs in hall closet, as are additional sheets, pillows, towels, and blankets in bunk bed room closet and more sheets and pillows in the downstairs cedar chest in hallway for the sleeper sofas, futon bed, and single beds. Futon bedroom downstairs is now complete with bi-fold doors for privacy. Please remove outer coverings of pillows and sheets you use, and put in laundry room off kitchen upon check out. Since it is a septic system property, please do not flush used sanitary products or any other objects through toilet, only human/pet waste and toilet paper. Of interest:
