Wonderful and spacious 4 level, 4 bedroom townhouse w/2 full size refrigerators - sleeps up to 12. Great getaway location! Ski, snow tube in winter or golf, hike, swim, white water raft, local Festivals, Winery tours, Flight 93 Memorial in the summer, or just come to relax anytime!! The Mt. Villas are less than a mile from the Seven Springs main gate. For summer use and golfers - we are located at the 7 Springs golf course and outdoor pool. Shuttle runs year round to 7 Springs! The space Large 4 level, 3.5 bath townhouse with TWO full size refrigerators. Plenty of space for everyone. Large deck for summer and fall use. The Mt Villas pool is available for use by guests from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Wifi included for your work at home needs! Shuttle to 7 Springs runs daily! Guest access Guests will have use of entire house Other things to note Self check in with keypad on front door. No need to worry about losing keys! We require all guests to sign a personalized license agreement to rent the townhouse and provide a copy of their drivers license. I will contact you once you have reserved and send a message asking you for your information so I can create your agreement and will email it to you. The agreement and copy of your license must be returned within 48 hours of receipt to complete the reservation. We have a minimum rental age of 25.
