Historic restored home in the heart of the Delano district. Home is literally steps from a wide variety of restaurants and bars! Base pricing is for 4 people, can accommodate up to 6 people. This house is built in 1910, it is an old house, please let us know if there are any issue during your stay, we do not live there; however, we value guests' comfort while staying. In case of lockout and issues with entering the house, guests can speak to us directly through the door bell. Please notice our front, back cameras, and door bell notify us with motion alerts. We are fully aware of people coming and going. Please be honest with the number of people that will be staying in this home. If you have guests visiting please let them know driveway belongs to immediate neighbor, street parking only. To ensure the comfort of everyone's stay, please review and share the house information and rules with your family and friends that are staying on the property. Home is also equipped with 60" TV with access to Netflix, Cox cable, and excellent high speed internet. The space and the price is based on 4 people, after 4 people, each additional person (including Kids 2 and older) is $15.00 extra. Bedroom 1 next to the bathroom is equipped with a queen size bed (sleep 2), bedroom 2 next to the kitchen is equipped with a queen size bed (sleep 2), and queen size sleeper sofa (sleep 2). Hosts do not stay at the property, ADT security system was installed for guest peace of mind during the stay. This is optional for guests who use it for safety measurement. We will provide code and show guests in person or remotely to operate the security system. However, in the case of false alarm trigger by the guests, guests are responsible for false alarm fee charged by the city of Wichita, the fine can be up to $750, hosts will request it through resolution center. To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, this is a strict non-smoking premise. This includes e-cigarettes and illegal substances. We do provide rental service on stroller, single, and double available upon request to rent. $5 per day and $20 per week. The cozy space is close to the best of everything Wichita has to offer such as Botanical Garden, Keeper of the Plains, Exploration Place, Lawrence Dumont Stadium, Intrust bank area, the boathouse, and Century II for various events.
