The space Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. 1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable. Owner has right to terminate reservation if this house rule is violated with no refund. 2.) Only 6 people are allowed in the LogCabin. Additional visitors are not permitted at the property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay. 50$ per head will be charged for every extra person that will exceed the 6 Person limit . Owner has the right to terminate the reservation if this house rule is violated with no refund. 3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty. 4.) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything) inside the house. Smoking Fee of $300 if owner sees evidence of smoking. LogCabin is very prone to fire. So we are very strict with this house rule. If you are gonna smoke outside please throw cigarette butts in an ash tray. 5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. 6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. $100 per pet and $150 for hairy breeds and must be paid during check-in. 7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee. 8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule. 9.) Driveway is shared with the owner to gain access to the polebarn. Polebarn is offlimits to guests. 10.) If guests have any issues with the property during their stay. Owner and house keeper has the right to access the property to resolve the issues. 11.) Please throw garbage in Trash Bins and Please wash the dishes if used. Extra $200 on top of cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess left during check out. Please note: To abide by all legal requirements, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
