Beach town living at its best w/ multiple skylights, hardwood flooring & a/c in all rooms. Summer months include deck seating, charcoal grill, beach chairs, and 4 adult beach passes. 32+ day Renters pay utilities w/upfront 10% of rent fee (balance returned). Ring doorbell and owner accessed smart thermostat. Steps to the beach, with around the corner beach access and a short walk to pubs, restaurants and shops. Everything is walkable. street parking only. Narrow Beach Block on West End of Town. Use of the whole house but a 4 guest limit. You can walk to everything and many establishments will deliver to the house. Some delis even deliver food to the beach. the LIRR will take you out of town and the bus system can take you into the East End. Easy to call cab service is available and any bar tender in town will call for you. Just tell them the address you are staying at. No smoking or vaping of any kind, including 420, on property. No parties or events permitted. Please be respectful of neighborhood quiet time: 10PM to 7AM - thank you
