My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the airport, the city center, parks. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, the locations.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), medium groups, and furry friends (pets). There is a 2 dog MAXIMUM LIMIT and females must be spayed, due to a past bad experience. The back yard IS FULLY FENCED. No Cats and No Parties ($500 party fee.) There are televisions in all 3 bedrooms. The space The huge front porch and a fenced-in yard for your dog. My insurance does not allow pit bulls, chows, or dobermans, or any of these mixed breeds. In May 2016 the house was started and finished November 1, 2016. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1260 sq. feet. DEAREST PARENTS, if your children have "accidents" in the the bed, PLEASE bring pull-ups, Mattress's are very expensive! Guest access Bocce ball, croquet, fire pit, shuffle board and a picnic table with grill.
