Relaxing, well-kept, 3 BR/2.5 BA home just 4 blocks from the beach. Features off-street parking, remodeled kitchen, year-round sun room (with sofa bed), and more. Located in town, just 1 block off of Rehoboth Ave and steps to everything! NOTE: the cleaning fee is inclusive of linen service. The space Welcome to the Beach! It's a place meant for relaxing and having fun, and I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do. Enjoy all the comforts of home at the beach! You'll find a well-equipped home with touches that make it more like visiting a friend or relative's home. Please, NO PETS. I love our 4-legged friends, but the house is not equipped for them. The home is comfortably furnished; you should have all the essentials, and then some. You'll have access to the entire home; make yourself comfortable. Coffee, tea, creamers, etc. may be found in the cupboard above the coffee pot. Guests must be aged 21+ years, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except for "owner closets." Keyless access to the property. Other things to note PARKING: There are two (2) assigned, off-street parking spaces (the two furthest to the right when facing the property). I also provide street parking passes for the Town (cannot be used at meters). These must be returned prior to leaving.
