Beautiful stilted home in the community of Ozello. 2/2 sleeps 4 people total. Exceptions to occupancy must be pre-approved by hosts. Large covered deck provides stunning views of the water and wildlife with direct access to the Gulf and nature preserve from Pirate Cove community boat ramp down the street (no dock at property). Get on "island time" and enjoy everything this quaint community has to offer. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends. Fish and scallops abound, boaters welcome! Two bedroom (both king beds), two full baths with giant covered deck boasting views of the water, wildlife and surrounding islands. We do offer internet wifi access and Smart TV w/DVD player (sorry, no cable or satellite or local TV) although cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity due to the remote nature of the property and potential weather. Maximum occupancy of this property is no more than 4 people total including kids. Any exceptions must be pre-approved by the hosts prior to your stay. Max occupancy of the house is 4 people in two king beds (couch/loveseat for small kids if needed but not preferred) - any overage of this occupancy amount without prior host approval will incur additional guest fees. House is waterfront with views of the gulf but does not have a dock or direct access to the gulf as it is located on the border of the nature preserve. Access to the water via boat or kayak can be done down the street at the community boat ramp. We do offer internet wifi access (sorry, no cable or satellite, or local TV) although cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity due to the remote nature of the property and potential weather. Smart TV allows guests to browse some free channels (not local) as well as sign into their own subscription based channels if desired (i.e. Netflix, Hulu...). DVD player and movies also provided.
