The sunlit filled cottage has three bedrooms, two baths, granite counters & stainless steel appliances all in an open floor plan. Tiled floors throughout, plenty of storage & great laundry area. Located at highly desirable the north end of Ft. Myers beach & walking distance to all the fun activities, restaurants and shops of Time Square. Guests at this property have access to the pool / spa at our sister property located just across the street. The Space: Delightfully decorated cottage is just what your family needs for an amazing time at Ft. Myers beach. This house has two units that you will have access to. Upper level has Two bedrooms and a full bath in a tastefully decorated space will await you at arrival. The open kitchen and living area is the perfect space for your family and friends to gather. The lower level offers a full bedroom and full bath, with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Lower area offers a full kitchen too! Our house offers all you will need for your stay. The storage and utility room houses beach chairs, coolers and carts for your time on the beach (Please note: While we do our best to be sure all items are in good order, the beach accessories may not be available at all times due to others using them, breakage, or attrition). Full laundry area assures that you keep everything clean and neat. NOTE: The ceilings in the Lower Villa are just over 6' high. Guests over 6' tall may find this unit to be uncomfortable. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire house. Three bedrooms and two baths. Two living areas and two kitchens as well as a large deck area that wraps around the house and the Hot Tub to look at the beach. The Neighborhood: The north end of the island is a bustling hotbed of activity. Times Square is the hub of activity, featuring plenty of restaurants, shops, and other events and is easy walking distance. The pier offers fishing and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of shopping and other dining within just a few minutes by car. A short car trip will get you to a number of marinas, as well. Getting Around: Walking is the way to go. We have stayed for an entire week and barely used our car. Plenty of shops & restaurants are close to you. During season, LeeTran offers a free trolley service up and down the island. There is also bus available from right up the street that will get you anywhere you need to go in Ft. Myers. Uber/Lyft also plentiful on the island. Other Things to Note: During season (Dec-Apr), we only accept bookings that begin AND end on Saturday, unless you are booking for more than two weeks or an entire month. During off-season, we will certainly be more flexible. We require all guests who book to have the following verifications with Airbnb: e-mail, phone, and identity. Primary Booking Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Please let us know if you are looking for a longer term lease, such as a monthly during season. We will be happy to try to accommodate you for those periods. If you need a smaller space you can rent the upstairs only. Please inquire.
