Guests have complete and private access to the entire 1-bedroom guest apartment on the left side of the home. The right side is a separate business office that operates during weekday business hours. Guests have full use of the outdoor space, though you may see business employees coming and going through the front or back yards. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Additional guests (up to a max of 4) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 4. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Dogs may roam off-leash in the fully fenced yard (we just ask that you stay on top of their messes). Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee. Guests have private access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment (left side of the home). The right side houses a small IT business office during weekday office hours. The business office has exterior security cameras that actively record at the front, side, and back of the house. There are no cameras inside the home. Our 100-year-old beauty queen contains remnants of former alarm system devices that have long since gone unused. Removing them would cause further damage to the restored home, so they've been left in place. There are no active alarm, security, or camera devices within the guest apartment. There is an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker in the living room. Free street parking is available on our street and on neighboring side streets. Since we're in the high-demand Five Points area of East Nashville, parking directly in front of the house can't be guaranteed — but as reviews from previous guests will confirm, close parking is typically readily available. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals. Registration Details 2019014135
