Luxury linens, comfy beds and pillows make for a restful nights sleep after a long day of play. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and kitchen ware as well as flour, sugar and spices. Guests enjoy a grill that is either gas or briquette on the back deck, we provide the gas. There is a washer and dryer along with the laundry soap. There are 2 levels to the house 2 bedrooms on the upper level and 1 on the lower level. One of the rooms on the upper level has a king bed with a Purple mattress, the other room has a queen mattress. The lower level room has a Queen bed w/a Purple 2 mattress and there is a king blow up mattress and twin roll out bed to use stored under the stairs. We are located right on the water and give you access to our canoe and kayaks. You must wear life jackets at all times. Entire house excluding the garage. I am available by phone, email or text anytime night or day. I like to give my guests their privacy therefore most of the time there is no contact when checking in but I am available when needed so please don’t hesitate to contact me. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice elderly neighbors. Sometimes the deer will come right through the back yard or will even walk down the street. The cove in our back yard is calm and peaceful. You can park 3-4 cars facing the house or you can park 2-3 cars with a boat trailer attached. We have elderly neighbors on either side so please be respectful of the outsidenoise past 11:00 at night. The dock in the cove does not belong to us so please don't use it. Rental agreement required upon booking.
