Excellent hiking all around. Wonderful dining in Phoenicia and Woodstock, and fresh produce at local farm stands for home cooking. Large porch with porch swing and outdoor seating. Pool table. Big-screen TV for netflix, internet, etc., or DVDS (no cable or broadcast tv). Recently updated wifi (for remote work/school). Up a steep road - must have a 4WD in the winter. Sleeps 10 easily. Master bedroom suite upstairs with private balcony and amazing view - excellent star-gazing, bathroom (shower and tub) and king size bed; on main floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another room with two single beds, and a full bath (shower and tub); downstairs is a kids' bunk room with two bunk beds and another full bath (shower, no tub). House is in a private area, but sound travels. Must keep noise levels down - no loud music. Respect our neighbors and enjoy the sounds of nature! Guest access You will have the whole house.
