Quintessential UP NORTH Michigan cabin. This cozy Lodge is located on 10 acres & surrounded by 2 lakes. With an All-Sports lake on 1 side, a fishing lake on the other, you will immediately feel peaceful seclusion. Boasting high ceilings & wrapped in knotty pine, the Classic cabin decor & inviting decor will keep the whole family cozy and comfortable all year long! Off Manistee Ntl Park for endless outdoor activities. @twolakeslodgemi **4-WHEEL DRIVE NEEDED IN THE WINTER** Three (3) Pets Max The space The cabin is large yet cozy, everyone will find a nook they love! From the “Phone” Booth (Now office!) to the Bar (yes, bar!), to the fireplace or the dining table for 12, there's a spot for the entire family to pull up a seat and take a load off! The open concept main floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, bar, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, laundry/utility room, and sliding doors that lead to the massive deck with views of your private beach and sunsets on Sand Lake. Upstairs leads to the large sleeping loft, 4 more bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. Outside there is a large 1,200 sq ft deck, and covered grill area with a charcoal smoker and standard grill with stove top. A covered fish cleaning table leads you to the boathouse on the private channel where you'll have access to the rowboats to take to Midget Lake which is a prime fishing lake! (Midget Lake is “Catch and Release” lake for all fish except Bass. Neighbors will call the DNR on anyone violating the rules.) Not fishing? Turn around and head to your private beach on Sand Lake where you can swim out to the floating raft, take a ride on the peddle boat, start a campfire, or just hang out. Sand lake is also a great fishing lake! NOTE: There is a steep hill that leads to the property. During the winter you WILL need All-Wheel Drive to get up the hill. ALL cars must be parked in our driveway south of the bridge, cars without must be parked on the street on 12-mile rd. (Casey lane is all private property) ***This is a family lake/community with quiet hours at 10pm. Neighbors have called police on groups being loud after hours, if you are looking for a place to party all night, please do not book*** Guest access You'll have access to the whole nearly 10acre property. Please enjoy the sights and sounds of the birds and wildlife, water and trees, but please do not disturb the natural beauty by littering, cutting down trees, etc. Other things to note **4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE NEEDED IN THE WINTER** NOTE: There is a steep hill that leads to the property.
