You'll have access to the entire house, including 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds) as well as family room with fireplace and 2 couches and 1 queen size sofa bed, living room with 2 couches, dining room, kitchen with everything you need to create your own culinary masterpieces should you desire, laundry room and 2.5 baths. There is also a back deck with screened in porch plus BBQ grill! We truly got you covered for any type of stay! When you arrive, we have all the information you need to get your trip off to a great start - maps of the area, things to do and more. Take a few moments, or the entire afternoon, to relax in the backyard and screened in porch or relax and stretch out in the huge family room or living room. You aren't just a visitor, you are a special guest, and we want to make sure you have everything you need to get your trip started amazingly! Free wired & wireless internet is provided (1 Gig Fiber), and we have Roku boxes so you can enjoy your wireless subscriptions on the road! The Katy trail is one block away, the Isle of Capri casino is one block away, the Depot District is one block away, downtown Boonville is less than 1/3rd of a mile away and the Missouri River is less than a block away! A full park with full facilities is located 2 blocks away as well! You don't get any more convenient than this! After a fun filled day out exploring the area, attending one of our many local festivals, or perhaps just visiting with friends - come back and relax. A full laundry room awaits you to put your duds in the suds! Free laundry supplies are of course provided! We are located less than 1/3rd of a mile from the Katy Trail trailhead and are happy to provide access to the full-size garage, plus an assortment of basic tools for our cycling guests to store and maintain their bikes. Plus, we now offer a bike repair area and workshop area in the garage for our Katy Trail riders so you can make any necessary repairs and adjustments to your bikes with ease. Guest access House is secured with keypad identification for ease of access! You will enjoy the entire house, both floors. We even provide a full 2-car garage to store your bikes, ATV's -- you name it! The entire property is yours and ready for you to make it your home away from home. We live right down the road if you need anything at all! Other things to note Pets - We do allow some pets, but you must let us know in advance. You must clean up after them and thoroughly vacuum and clean all areas they have been in the house before departure. Utensils, plates, cups - we have them all! Linens and towels are provided and the basic personal hygiene products to get you started with be provided as well. The laundry room comes with detergent to keep your duds looking their best! The kitchen has everything you need to create your own dishes, plus there is an outside BBQ. Although Cable TV is not provided, we do provide Roku boxes hooked to numerous TVs throughout the house for you to use your streaming services with. Free 1GB Internet (fiber) is provided. For the safety of all our guests, we do have a security camera at the front door pointing towards the street.
