The space Located on the top floor of a historic 1920’s building overlooking Fulton Market. Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. This property is comprised of 2 side-by-side penthouse apartments separated by a small stair landing (~6 feet wide). They are the only 2 units on the top floor of the building.
