(with Airbnb's fees) The space 📍 LOCATION Three blocks from Cintermex and main entrance to Parque Fundidora (5min walking from Cintermex, Parque Fundidora, Arena Monterrey and Paseo Santa Lucia. 5min by car: Macroplaza, Zona Tec, Pavilion M. 12min by car from Centrito Valle, Chipinque, El Obispado, BBVA Stadium, Estadio Universitario). 🏠 DOS APPART One is located on the ground floor and another on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator), each consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. For your convenience, the interior and exterior of the apartments are fumigated. 🔑 THE ROOMS 6 rooms between the two apartments - delivered with body towels, pillows, bedspreads, and clean sheets. Each room has minisplits and ceiling fan. (In the apartment below we have a 4th room that we open only when they require it with 1 single bed without minisplit) 🛏 BEDS Six matrimonial and six singles distributed in the bedrooms. Kangaroo-style beds (located in the bedrooms). 🚿 BATHROOM One bathroom in each apartment: you will find shampoo, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper and repellent. 🛋 LIVING ROOM One room in each apartment: comfortable sofas and Smart TV. 🍽 KITCHEN A kitchen in each apartment: equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and basic utensils so they can cook during the stay. 🧺 LAUNDRY A laundromat in each apartment: washer and dryer. Guest access 🏠 TWO APARTMENTS You will have total privacy during your stay, you will have the TWO apartments at your disposal without sharing it! 🚘 PARKING Each apartment has an exclusive space with standard measurements for compact cars; the parking is private for the condominiums, it is not fenced/closed but it is in a low-traffic area. If you bring more cars or large vehicles, there is enough space on the street. Very safe! 🌐 INTERNET Each apartment has a modem with a speed of 150MB fiber optic wifi. 🧹CLEANING The apartment will be completely clean upon arrival, but let us know if we missed any details to give you an immediate solution. We also have a cleaning service during your stay at an extra cost. 👥️️ LARGE GROUPS For a comfortable stay, I have several apartments in the same area. 🐶🐱 We love animals. We'd love to welcome your pet! (Remember to review the rules and add it to the reservation as there is an extra cost to cover deep cleaning expenses). Other things to note 📄 The guest will be responsible for reading the check-in instructions in detail to perform "self check-in", in addition we will send reference photos through the chat. 👩‍💻 Our communication is only through the Airbnb chat: we will be available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Outside these hours, all messages will be answered the next day at 8:00 am.
