The queen bedroom has a pretty brass bed and pasture views The third bedroom has 2 vintage twin beds with easterly views to the maple tree in the front yard. The 2 full baths are sunny, fresh, and well appointed. A full laundry room is also provided and available for for guest use. The entire house has been freshly renovated, featuring an open floor plan and a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. 2 living spaces: The living room with TV and decorative fireplace and the sunroom with wood burning stove (we supply the firewood) comfy seating, double futon and work desk. Tech Amenities include Netflix enabled smart TV, Xfinity cable, DVD & WiFi. Air conditioners are installed in each bedroom during warm weather months for your comfort.. Outdoor recreation room building with Foosball table and mountain bikes for the family. New: Ping Pong table in the basement! Snowmobile access to Vermont's VAST trail is 1/4 mile from the house. Plenty of parking for your vehicles and toys. Hike, bike, go for a run or just relax on the patio and enjoy the big yard and tree swing. Surrounded by fields and forests, your closest neighbors will be our 2 horses. Guest access Dana Road House includes the house, surrounding yard and beautiful patio for your enjoyment. Our horse will peek at you across the fence and you’re invited to give her a few treats, but horse pastures and barns are off limits to guests for safety reasons. Other things to note There's plenty of private parking for all of you. We have bikes for your use and are happy to direct you to local hiking, biking and single track bike trails if you like! Dana Road House is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, natural bath products, wonderful high quality linens, WiFi (if you must work) maps, books, and an internet/Netflix enabled TV. The cedar hot tub is comfortable for up to 3 people. We fill it with fresh water for each guest. No chemicals, no jets, heated year round. Please be respectful of our home and our belongings.
