This recently RENOVATED, adorable 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people. It is an end unit(so lots of natural light), located on the ground floor, has a pool view and direct access to the pool and the amenities (including a gym, shuffle board and grills). The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest room has a king bed and access to the full bath in the hallway. The living room has a sumbrella queen sleeper sofa. There is a separate dining area and additional spaces to eat at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a fantastic meal! There is a stack washer and dryer for your convenience in addition to free Wi-Fi access, cable and 3 flat screen TV's. Beach chairs, towels, a small cooler and a beach cart are provided for guest use. There are lots of extras, so you won't need to bring anything but your suitcase! EXTRA CLEAN! Linens all washed/dryer on high heat with bleach. Bedspreads/ blankets are changed out between every group of guests. All high touch surfaces are wiped down with a bleach solution. This includes knobs, light switches, remotes, etc. Floors are cleaned with a bleach solution and steam mop. Additionally , all throw pillows have been removed. Sofas/ upholstered chairs/ curtains are spayed with Lysol. We leave cleaning products for guests to use during their stay for even more peace of mind. The complex: The Village of Blue Mountain is located on the panhandle of Florida directly on Hwy30A in Santa Rosa Beach in the quaint town of Blue Mountain Beach. It is a gated community with ample parking. It is only minutes away (heading East) from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach and if you are heading West it is also close to Sandestin, Destin & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (considered to be one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in the United States). The Village of Blue Mountain community has a large, beautiful pool with tons of space for relaxing, free wifi, a fitness center, grilling area and 6 shuffleboard courts. The Blue Mountain Beach public Beach access is a short walk (about 10 min) or bike ride or you could also make the short drive to the beach access where there’s free parking, showers, and restrooms. **Note- as much as I love dogs, the condo association has an owners only pet policy, so I cannot accept pets- sorry for the inconvenience! **Ring video doorbell at front door of condo
