Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comfortable than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays. The space This immensely clean apartment is warm, inviting, and comfortable. Equipped with nice furnishings and plenty of essentials to get you by. The decor is tasteful and the unit is thoroughly cleaned between each booking. Guest access Entry is through the back door of the home, feel free to park (1 vehicle) in driveway and enter through rear door into the laundry room. The laundry room is common area space, the apartment is down an easy flight of stairs and is equipped with keypad entry and deadbolt for privacy. *There is no turning your vehicle around in the driveway *. Other things to note ***There is absolutely no turning your vehicle around in the driveway *** I know this seems dumb but there have been too many mishaps, the garage has been hit, the retaining wall ruined, and cars have ended up in the neighbors back yard...Yes it is ridiculous but it's the way it must be (people can't drive). Please note, the driveway is steep. If you're not well versed in winter driving or don't have front or four wheel drive, you may need to park on the street and walk in if it's snowy. I try to keep driveway nice and clear but MN winters sometimes decide otherwise for a short duration of time. Pay attention to the posted winter parking rules if parking in the street (even calendar days on "even" side of street (which is across the street), and on the "odd" side (same side as the house) during odd calendar days).
