With 4 bedrooms and approximately 2,000 Sq Ft this house is perfect for any size group. About 1,000 Ft away from the water and close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops make this house great for the vacationer looking to spend the least amount of time in the traveling from place to place, yet is close enough to Eglin, Hurlburt, and other major hubs for a longer term stay. Visitors will have access to the entire property, which is included in the photos attached. The property in the Elliott Point area of Fort Walton Beach which is a very quite and quaint beach neighborhood. The main beach access (located on the Boardwalk which is nestled in Okaloosa Island and offers some great restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shopping) is about 3 miles away from the house. I suggest a quick and inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride there, it ends up being faster than finding a parking spot anyway. Downtown Fort Walton is 1.5 miles from the property which offers a great park ("The Landing") hosting many events throughout the summer, as well as several restaurants, bars, and shops. There are four small steps throughout the house going into/out of certain rooms. These small steps can be seen in more detail by looking through the listing pictures.
