Your vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a contemporary kitchen featuring stainless appliances, spacious cabinets, beautiful granite counters and all the cooking tools you need. You'll rest peacefully in your master bedroom outfitted with a sumptuous king-sized bed and you'll awaken to magnificent sunrises from the expansive windows overlooking the pool and the ocean. A private master bath features double sinks, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub to ease your worries. Your guests will enjoy comfortable sleeping with private rooms outfitted with two queen-sized beds in one room and a king bed in the other. A shared guest bath has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. This condominium is a corner unit and offers a balcony with a grill on the west side of the condo, it is the perfect spot to watch a beautiful South Padre Island sunset! Your ultimate beach resort experience begins at Sapphire! Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear. Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. As of April 2024 Sapphire guests are no longer allowed to use the pool or hot tub amenities at Margaritaville (formerly The Pearl).
