No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone or by entering personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. The whole house is available for your use, including laundry room with washer and dryer. As our guest at The Blue Roost (an owner managed property) you will have easy access to the house via your personal lock code - which means no coordinating schedules to pick up/drop off keys and no danger of losing keys at the beach! Lauren is always available via phone or text to answer any questions that come up during your stay. In-town concierge means you'll be taken care of right away no matter what issue might arise. Our house is an easy walk to the beach and located between mile markers 7/8, the perfect location to enjoy Port A’s annual Sandfest! We’re in town, so you’ll have easy access to all the dining and entertainment options. We're located right off of Sandcastle Drive, a beach access road, so you have the choice of a quick drive or golf cart ride to the beach in addition to walking via the neighboard beach boardwalk. Rent our house and you are in a perfect location for a sunrise or sunset walk along the beach. Port A is known for golf carts - rent one at any of the shops in town and enjoy it while breezing around the beach and in town. There’s plenty of parking for at least 3 vehicles underneath the house...options should be arranged in advance for oversized vehicles and boat trailers and may include parking on the beach with a $12 annual beach parking permit.
