This beautifully furnished home, adorned with lots of amazing local art, features two living areas, an open, well-equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, a dining area, and a large, furnished deck. The upper loft boasts a living area with a TV and a poker table for game nights. For sleeping options, choose from five luxurious bedrooms, including a gorgeous primary suite. This home also includes central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer for your convenience. This is a great vacation home for two families to share in a true North Idaho experience of comfort and access to all that Sandpoint has to offer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The hot tub on the deck is locked and is not available for guest use. Guest access Your key is stored in a lockbox at the front of the home. Enter your code to open the lockbox, retrieve the key, and unlock the door. The community gate also requires a code for entry.
