The covered boat dock offers lots of space for play. This cozy rental is only minutes from Chimney Rock, Chuck's Marina and Stillwaters Golf Club. Centrally located, you will enjoy boat rides daily to multiple different beaches, Goat Island and all of the Marinas on the Lake. Your private boat dock has an electronic boat lift and multiple spaces for docking other boats. The ground floor has the master bedroom, master bath and a 1/2 bath. Also, on the ground floor you will be able to sleep 2 in the fold out sectional. Two bedrooms upstairs both having a queen bed plus a twin XL over queen bunk bed. The upstairs full bath is centrally located for convenient use from both bedrooms. The best view inside the house is from the loft area where you have a sofa and another fold out couch. The property is located on the Southeast side of Lake Martin with easy access to I-85.
