Guest access You and your family/friends will have access to the entire house. This house has been remodeled and designed especially for vacation rentals. No owner personal items held at the premises. Access includes Patio and playroom on the covered porch. The back of the house has The Chillingworth Park with tennis and basketball courts, and a kid's playground as well. Other things to note The Property has fast internet (up to 180mbps), 4k smart tv with sling tv service with integrated apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video and other apps (use your login). Big Patio, covered porch & dining /living room areas. COVID-19 update: So far I have not hosted any guests who have the virus or symptoms. We do not have lots of turnovers and only registered guests are allowed on the property.
