You'll be treated to true New England living while you stay here. With original 1800's architecture, modern amenities throughout, and a million-dollar view on the edge of Greenwich Cove, this home has it all!
Days here are best spent outside. Send the adventurous out on the provided 1-person kayak and paddle board to explore the bay, while the laid-back folk log endless hours on the back deck - the perfect spot to catch the sunrise, watch the boats go by, read a book, or simply relax.
During downtime, you'll find a Smart TV downstairs and Roku TV upstairs. Both offer free Netflix accounts, but you may log onto any other app using your own private accounts.
When you're not up for eating out, whip up a feast right at home! The kitchen is fully equipped to assist with cooking up complex cuisine or that catch of the day. When you're ready to dine, enjoy good food with great company at the adjacent dining table.

This location also provides direct access to some of the neighboring towns. Just a 15-minute drive will take you to Jamestown and Providence with Newport and Narragansett only being 30 minutes away. Day trips in the area include Boston, Cape Cod, Block Island, and Bristol - each within 2 hours of the property.
